SALT Social for Teens

In celebration of National Mental Health Awareness Month, SET for LIFE is partnering to its signature events to Pasadena for the first time—creating spaces for connection, joy, and community healing. 

The S.A.L.T. Social, a free teen-only event for ages 12–17, will take place on May 1 at NATHA (Neighbors Acting Together Helping All). Designed just for youth, this high-energy event offers a safe and welcoming space filled with music, games, prizes, and wellness activities. Teens can enjoy swag bags, nachos, pizza, custom lattes, arts and crafts, mini golf, and interactive booths with local resources—all while building positive connections, reducing stigma around mental health, and reminding youth that support is always within reach
