Helper needed in Old Pasadena, Oct 2026 to Feb 2027 (paid per item)

We are looking for a helper in Pasadena (Old Pasadena) from October 2026 to February 2027. We are selling items from an apartment.

Tasks: meet buyers at the building during scheduled windows (once or twice a week, 1 to 2 hours each), hand over the items and check that the payment has arrived. We handle the listings and all messages with buyers, and the photos are already done.

Pay is per result, not hourly: for each item sold and handed over, 20% of the sale price for items from $1 to $20, and $5 for items over $20.

Please tell us which days work for you.
