Addison Ranch - Extreme Makeover Nightmare

This apartment complex is still badly mismanaged, with ongoing construction and leasing issues. Formerly GreenBriar, now owned by Ezralow Properties and Gala Construction, it appears that most issues get bounced around the bureaucracy rather than ever being meaningfully attended to.
