Silicon Valley startup bets on North Bay to pioneer lab-grown diamond tech (mercurynews.com) — A Silicon Valley startup is turning Petaluma into its main California operations hub for lab-grown diamond technology, bringing highly skilled manufacturing jobs and new investment to town. Diamond Quanta's "Diamond Valley" facility will house a major pilot system, clean room, and advanced equipment, relying on Petaluma's industrial power capacity. Company leaders are already talking with Petaluma and Sonoma County about workforce training partnerships.
4.
