Bennett Holley Named Interim Assistant Principal of PHS

Bennett Holley, a five-year veteran of Petaluma City Schools, has been promoted to interim assistant principal of . He started August 9.

Holley has taught PE and Sports Medicine at Petaluma High School and spent the past year teaching two sections of the Human Interaction course at .

Along with his teaching position, Holley has also served as an Interim Assistant Principal and Teacher in Charge for Petaluma High School when needed by the administrative team.  He joinsMarilyn Stratford and Frank Lynch, two longtime PCS administrators, who are both coming out of retirement this fall to be interim principals of PHS.

Holley received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Administrative Services Credential and Master’s degree in Education with an Emphasis in Special Education Law from Sonoma State University.  

Holley lives in Petaluma with his wife, Jacqueline and 13 month old twins, Noah and Josie.
