Petaluma’s biggest Halloween party is right around the corner. We’re talking about the annual Bill Soberanes Halloween Festival.
For the past 25 plus years, our merchants have been providing a safe and fun daytime trick or treat experience for your children.
We invite you to join us yet again for another great year.

Balloons on the doors will mark the participating merchants, so feel free to start anywhere and make your own trick or treat trail as you stroll through both Plazas.
The McDowell Drug Task Force will also be on site featuring face painting, DARE coloring books and a special appearance by McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog.
This year’s festival is Saturday, October 31st from 11 am – 1 pm at The Plaza North and The Plaza South. Rain or shine. Free of charge
