Teacher Being Recognized: Carrie Caudle

Teaches: 6,7 and 8th grades at at Cherry Valley

What Makes Her Great: "Carrie has a way of finding student's strengths, encouraging their individuality, opening the doors of their minds, while staying strong and firm and holding high standards, which is not easy to do with seventh and eighth graders," says parent Amanda Kirk, whose daughter has been Caudel's student for two years.

"She is able to balance compassion with firmness, while keeping her sense of humor and stays available for parents while staying on top of a huge workload," Kirk says. "I admire and respect her, and will miss her when my daughter moves on to Tech High next year!"
