Brett Moore is the new Administrator at The Oaks Post-Acute located in beautiful Petaluma, CA. Brett came to The Oaks Post Acute following 7 years in the healthcare industry managing 5 Star facilities in the Sacramento and Sonoma County areas.

Brett is excited to be at The Oaks Post-Acute due to the compassionate and excellent care provided to their patients by the highly trained staff. The Oaks team is equally excited to have him on board. "I'm honored to join a team that is so compassionate about their patients", says Moore.
