Nonprofit Home Care Program Hiring CNA’s & Caregivers - Marin

Compensation: $13.00- $15/hr DOE

Senior Resources @ Home, a nonprofit home care program serving Marin & Sonoma county seniors, is currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides and professional Caregivers to provide non-medical home care to our clients. Starting pay is $13.00/hr. We are seeking Caregivers with experience working with clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease, seniors on hospice, developmentally disabled adults, and post operative and post discharge care.

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living
- Provide transportation/community access to clients
- Provide companionship
- Meal planning, shopping, and food preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Ability to transfer clients who need hands on transfer assistance

Required Qualifications:
- One to three years experience caring for seniors or disabled adults in a professional capacity.
- Good communication skills and a warm caring personality.
- Completion of a physical examination including TB test and fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and FBI.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean DMV record with proof of insurance and registration.
- Must be willing drive clients in your vehicle.
