Caring about the Bees at Caulbridge School

When we noticed bees in the front corner of the school, we invited Marin Montessori Middle Schoolers to help. Our students have seen the bee boxes on their hikes and knew that the Middle School kept bees. Their master bee keepers (8th graders) and apprentices (7th graders) were eager to help. They brought a ‘bait’ hive in hopes of luring the bees and safely relocating them to the back of the property. Our students enjoyed a demonstration as the bee keepers assembled the hive box, gave a brief presentation and fielded lots of enthusiastic questions!

Caulbridge School is now accepting applications for Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Grades One and Two for the 2017-18 school year. Accepting TK children who are 4 on or before June, 2017.

A new K-8 private school in San Rafael, Caulbridge is now enrolling TK/K through Grade Two and will add grades each year to be a full K-8 school.
