We are having our annual Halloween costume giveaway for those who cannot afford a Halloween costume of their own.
This drive has always been a very popular part of our Festival and folks who need Halloween costumes can pick some out for their children.
We will be collecting Halloween costumes from now until the Festival.

Halloween Day Drop-off Location
If you can’t make it ahead of time. you can drop your costumes off at the Festival itself. We will be set up in the parking lot – if the weather is good, we will be by Lola’s. If the weather is bad, we will be under the overhang near Kmart.
Bill Soberanes Halloween Festival will be taking place here at The Plaza North Shopping Center on Saturday, 10/31. 11am – 1pm.
