The victim was found last week in a Pinto wagon.

The Sonoma County coroner’s office has identified a man who was found dead in his vehicle near Asti last Tuesday night as 51-year-old Carl Leo Minns.

Minns, an Oakland resident, was driving a 1973 Ford Pinto wagon on northbound U.S. Highway 101 north of Asti Road when it overturned off of the right shoulder and went down an embankment, California Highway Patrol Sgt. Ross Ingels said.
