Cynthia Ermshar to lead The Oaks Post-Acute skilled nursing team in the Alzheimer's Association Walk fundraiser

There were 174 teams and over 1500 walkers at the Petaluma Walk to End Alzheimer's that took place at Sholleberger Park back in October. Collectively over $376,000 was raised for the cause.

Congratulations to Cynthia Ermshar of Petaluma for raising individually $19,043 for the cause making her the #1 fundraiser as an individual (out of the 1500 walkers) and which placed her at #50 in the entire nation.

On top of that, her community team raised a total of $23,943 making her the #1 team (out of 174 teams).

Cynthia will be leading the team from The Oaks Post-Acute skilled nursing facility this year. The Oaks Post-Acute, located at 450 Hayes Lane Petaluma, CA 94952, is a 5-star rated facility.

This year's "Walk to End Alzheimer's" will be on Saturday October 21st, 2017. So mark your calendars.
