DUI Suspect Arrested Following Slow-Speed Chase In Petaluma
Police arrested a Petaluma man after a reported hit-and-run collision led to a slow-speed pursuit.
PETALUMA, CA — A driver led Petaluma police on a slow-speed pursuit Monday.
Police were responding to a reported hit-and-run collision near Garfield Drive at approximately 8:34 p.m.
They found the vehicle matching reports. But when they tried to stop the driver, he failed to yield to their instructions.

Following their investigation, officers arrested Joel Martinez Manuel, 31, of Petaluma, on suspicion of driving under the influence and evading a peace officer. Officers transported him to the Sonoma County Jail, where he was booked.
