Adventure in Art: Styles and Media All Ages

This class will explore many artistic techniques as we create our own masterpieces. Acrylic, pastel, clay and water colors will all be part of the adventure. We will paint portraits, ours as well as the Mona Lisa's. We will learn linear perspective with the use of the cube and landscape painting. Cartooning will make this class joyful, as we create our own comic strips. We will work with clay in fun and innovative ways, creating masterworks of our own. There will be tons of surprises as we learn art history along the way through project-related anecdotes. Every age level is welcome. Come on down to the Arts Center and have a barrel of ful learning art history and making your own.
