Attend the DISC workshop to learn the "language" that someone is speaking and learn to speak their language as well. As part of the workshop, you will receive a personal DISC profile that analyzes communication behavioral style that is your own unique way of doing things.

Influence - relating to social situations and communication. 

Steadiness - relating to patience, persistence, and thoughtfulness.  

Conscientiousness - relating to structure and organization.
