Joseph Caggiano, Senior Consultant for Technology Projects, Chevron Energy Technology Company, will outline the capacity of traditional sources of fossil fuels and electricity, and look at current energy trends in California.

Mark Z. Jacobson, Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Director of the Atmosphere/Energy Program at Stanford University, will examine the potential of alternative energy sources and barriers to their adoption.
