Fall & Winter Vegetables Class II: Garden Management

Harvest your own vegetables year round. Learn crop choices, varieties and
timing: cabbage family, root crops, garlic, onions, non-lettuce salad greens. We
explain soil management. Be ready for fall cover cropping, mulching, and winter
soil care.

Taught by Wendy Krupnick. Wendy Krupnick has been growing vegetables, fruits,
herbs and flowers for over 30 years. She currently teaches in SRJC's Sustainable
Agriculture Program.
