Fun Food, French Flair!

Come join us for an enchanting evening with Chef Marcus Wohfiel, of De Schmire's (http://www.deschmirerestaurant.com/), whom will be instructing on the preparation of a traditional, and versatile french dish; Ratatouille! Learn chef tips, knife skills and professional secrets to increase your culinary know how and enhance the experience of home cooking. Not only will you have the opportunity to rub elbows with Chef Marcus, you will be invited to try your hand at cooking, yourself! Enjoy locally made merlot, from Longboard Vineyards, and nosh on locally crafted breads and cheeses!
