Discover the right garlic for planting, cooking and entertaining.  Garlics from around the world; not from chain stores.  Learn how to plant garlic, care for it, harvest and cure it.

In one hour, travel the globe looking for the right garlic for you. Learn how to select a garlic for your meals that will increase the spice levels and bring your dish to the next level in flavor. Once you have tasted a garlic from outside the boundaries of our small community the world offers you hundreds of choices which excites every meal you prepare.

This workshop is on October 16, 2011 from 3-5pm at Bounty Community Farm, 55 Shasta Ave, Petaluma CA.
