Kids Veggie Gardening
Now that kids are out of school, get them in the garden. Nursery Manager and former Montessori School Teacher, Fionuala Campion will offer a special gardening demo specifically for kids ages 6-12. The demo will include information on what kids can plant this summer, as well as how to plant and care for their garden in both raised beds, as well as containers. Kids will leave with pumpkin starts for a pumpkin weigh off contest that will be held in the fall. Q&A will follow. Free. Please call to reserve a space, 707.778.8025.
