Roll Your Own Truffles

Viva Cocolat will supply an assortment of ganaches and coatings, and you supply the creative genius to roll and coat as many truffles as you’d like. You pay for the truffles made by weight, so make them big or make them small, either way they’ll be special.
A transport box will be provided to bring home your creations or purchase candy boxes to finish your presentation.

Roll Your Own Truffles
Date: Sat, 12/17/2011
Sessions: 1:00, 1:45, or 2:30 pm
Fee: $10 participation fee plus cost of truffles by weight ($1.93/oz, typical truffle is 0.7 oz). Optional candy boxes will be available for purchase.
Who: Adults and children over 10 years old in good health. No tag-along children allowed. Due to limited space, only participants allowed.
