Come join us for a night of French cuisine that will leave you saying, "Ooh La La!" Sonoma Cutlery Culinary Class is proud to bring to you "Paris in Petaluma." This class will focus on the delicious French dish, crepes! Crepes are like thin pancakes with fillings that will truly please your palate, satisfy your sweet tooth, and tame your French Fries. When you roam through the streets of Paris, you will see crepe stands scattered throughout the city. You can smell the fresh batter, taste the strawberries, and spread the whipped cream. Crepes make a perfect breakfast, or breakfast for dinner dish and can be served either sweet or savory (you will be making and enjoying both).
Chef Cyrelle McDonald will walk us through the streets of Paris during this culinary journey. You will experience a hands-on course on Crepes from preparation, to anticipation, and ending in a mouth-watering sensation! Take your cooking skills to the next level without having to leave the country. You can leave your passports at home, but do bring your sense of culinary adventure with you to this class. You will be measuring flour, cracking eggs, and speaking in French accents. To help us all stay in the French theme, we will be providing each and every one of you a mustache. You don't have to change your name to Luigi, but your French culinary skills will definitely reach peaks so high that they will rival the Eiffel Tower.
