Pesticide Application for Golf Courses, Vineyards, Parks, Gardens

The Sonoma County Regional Parks Department is presenting a daylong seminar for pesticide applicators. This seminar is geared toward landscaping, park, golf course and vineyard professionals and runs from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, at the Petaluma Veterans Memorial Building, 1094 Petaluma Blvd South.

The seminar will supply current pesticide application information, promoting safety for the applicator and the public. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and sensible use of chemical control will also be promoted. This will be a forum to network and gather information.
