Petaluma Women's Chorus

The Petaluma Women’s Chorus, under the direction of Melinda Moreaux-Valente, will be presenting Pergolesi’s “Stabat Mater” with the Eloquence String Quartet on Good Friday, April 22nd, 2011 at 8:00pm at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 40 5th Street in Petaluma. We are planning an evening of reverence, chant and candlelight, a calm way to end a busy week.

This is the first concert of the Petaluma Women’s Chorus under the direction of Melinda Moreaux-Valente since the passing of their beloved previous director, Nina Shuman in December of last year.

The Petaluma Women’s Chorus was founded in 1996 under the direction of Melinda Moreaux-Valente and currently rehearses in Penngrove.
