Reaching Peace Between Israel/Palestine

Come learn about the ways you can assist in broadening the conversation about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and advocate for courageous action to help bring about a Two-State resolution: Israel, the democratic homeland for the Jewish people, and Palestine for the Palestinians, with peace and security for both. 

There will also be screening of  "Amoz Oz: the Nature of Dreams," a 2009 documentary that journeys in the footsteps of internationally acclaimed writer Amos Oz, tracking his writing, and his political beliefs, as he promotes the two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict over a period of two years.

The event is organized by J Street, an organization that amplifies the voices of American Jews who believe the United States and Israel should pursue bold moves in advancing peace in Israel/Palestine.

J Street supports a 'borders and security first' approach to efforts to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. With a border established, settlement construction will no longer pose an obstacle to further talks.
