
This class is a blend of Hatha yoga techniques and all levels are welcome. The focus will be on breath awareness/control, holding gentle stretches with some flow sequences included and deep relaxation to help you de-stress, calm your busy mind, sleep better and feel better. There will be opportunities to try more advanced variations of poses to take your yoga practice to another level if you so choose. Class day and times are on Wednesdays from 6-7:15PM starting on August 17th. Drop in rates are $15. Series card rates are: 6 sessions for $78; 10 sessions for $110.First sessions are free! *If you have your own yoga equipment, please bring it. There will be a limited number of yoga mats & props available at the class.
