As much as I applaud Friedman's Home Improvement for being a great neighbor and cleaning up N McDowell, I have to say there is ONE BIG thing missing, if you drive just N of their new shopping center, you will notice the plants are being watered and 100's of GALLONS of water is running down the storm drain. I think I'll go down and get some free watering water..
