Glee Star to Make Appearance at Copperfield's Tuesday

Twenty-two-year old Chris Colfer debuting his first book on cross country tour.

Chris Colfer, a Golden Globe-winning actor known for his role on the hit Fox series "Glee" is coming to Petaluma Tuesday July 24.

The 22-year-old star will be at Copperfield’s to promote his first book, “The Land of Stories: The Wishing Spell," one of just 12 stops on his cross country book tour.

Primarily targeted for children ages 8 and up, “The Land of Stories” follows twins Alex and Connor as they disappear into a magical book and come face-to-face with many familiar fairytale characters they grew up reading.

Living in an era where the renaissance of fairytales is to glamorize and modernize the stories, Alex and Connor explore the Land of Stories that contains the intended values and lessons the original fairytales had to offer.

However, when the twins run into difficulties in returning to the real world, they soon realize that, that task alone is sure to be a challenge.

The event is set to start at 7pm. While Colfer will be available for signing copies of his book, Copperfield’s wants to remind fans that no personalizations will be made and a maximum of three books per person will be autographed. In other words, please refrain from asking Colfer to sign your memorabilia.

Posed photographs with Colfer are also not permitted and should not be requested.
