Hi, Do You Know Me? Petaluma PD Suspect I'm Connected To 2 Thefts

The crimes occurred Friday.

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect in two thefts that occurred Friday night in Petaluma.

The robberies took place around 9 p.m. Friday at the Dick’s Sporting Goods at 401 Kenilworth Dr. and the Freidman’s Home Improvement at 429 N. McDowell Blvd., according to police.

The suspect entered Dick’s and stole a crossbow, golf club and a lacrosse stick before fleeing the scene in a red, four-door sedan. The value of the stolen goods is estimated at $300.

Shortly after that the suspect stole two pelican cases valued at roughly $200 each from Friedman’s before leaving the store without paying and fleeing the scene in a red, four door sedan. Police believe the same suspect is responsible for both thefts.

He’s described as a white man standing roughly six feet tall and approximately 20 years old.

He was last wearing a camouflage shirt, black jeans and white tennis shoes with a black and red baseball hat.
