PETALUMA, CA — This extraordinary photo sent in by photographer Stan Angel shows Petaluma's D Street Bridge at dawn.

"Light moving in early morning dawn, silence and beauty," Stan wrote, in a nod to this quote by Leonora Carrington, an artist, author and surrealist painter.

"... Dawn is the time when nothing breathes, the hour of silence. Everything is transfixed, only the light moves."
