Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Burglarizing Petaluma School

Petaluma Police arrested a man on Sunday for allegedly burglarizing McDowell Elementary School.

PETALUMA, CA — Petaluma Police arrested a man on Sunday for allegedly burglarizing McDowell Elementary School.

A school alarm was activated at 9:20 a.m. and the school and police arrived to find Edgar Solorio allegedly in possession of school property, burglary tools, drug paraphernalia and what they believe was methamphetamine.

A representative from Petaluma City Schools took custody of the stolen property and secured the school. Solorio was arrested and transported to the Sonoma County Jail and booked on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
