Man In Stable Condition After Being Run Over In Area Walmart Parking Lot
Cotati woman arrested for the Tuesday evening incident in Rohnert Park. [Breaking]

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – Rohnert Park public safety officers arrested a Cotati woman Tuesday on suspicion of running over a man in the Walmart parking lot Tuesday evening.
Officers found the 55-year-old pedestrian on the ground near the store's garden center at 4625 Redwood Drive in Rohnert Park around 7:30 p.m.
Susan Burke, 63, was found nearby. Officers said she was unaware she ran over the pedestrian with her 2012 Jeep Wrangler and she appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Burke was arrested and booked into Sonoma County Jail on suspicion of felony DUI and the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety impounded her Jeep.
The pedestrian was taken to a trauma center. He is listed in stable condition and is expected to survive, according to the department.
