Miss Sonoma County Outstanding Teen & Miss Wine Country Rodeo Queen at Adobe House in Petaluma on Saturday Oct. 10
Miss Sonoma County Outstanding Teen Katie Gu & Miss Wine Country Rodeo Jennifer Heidemann to attend Classic Car and Hot Rod Car Show at Adobe House, a memory care community, in Petaluma in support of the Alzheimer’s Association.
The event will be on Saturday October 10th between 11:00am and 2:00pm. The address at Adobe House, where the event is being held, is 750 N. McDowell Blvd. in Petaluma (Car Show Parking begins at 10:00am).
There will be live music, food, awards for individual cars, hand crafted jewelry and raffle prizes.

This is FREE for the public to attend and the entry fee is just $25 to showcase your car (which is tax deductible).
100% of the proceeds of this event will go to support the Alzheimer’s Association and its core mission of Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

About 2015 Miss Sonoma County Outstanding Teen Katie Gu: She is a 9th grade student at Montgomery High School with the goal of becoming a cardiologist. Katie has previously served as the Vice President of her student council as well as a tutor. She is a member of her school’s varsity tennis team and a member of the Key Club. Katie is also an accomplished fiction and poetry writer, and an award winning classical pianist, having played piano for 10 years already. She volunteers as a piano accompanist at her church, and has volunteered teaching school children English in China.
About 2015 Miss Wine Country Rodeo, Jennifer Heidemann: Currently in her first year of college at Sonoma State University, Heidemann is pursuing her general education requirement with an interest in biology and the medical field. Her goal is to become a head trauma surgeon with a level one trauma center. A horse lover and avid rider, Heidemann participates in Western Horsemanship with the Sonoma State Equestrian Team and is the reigning California State Walk-Jog Showmanship Champion and the Sacramento County Showmanship Reserve Champion. She is recognized by the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association for Intermediate, Level A Horsemanship. In addition to her passion for horses, Heidemann has been actively involved with Girl Scouts and achieved the ambassador level. She also served as flag captain for the color guard at Laguna Creek High School in Elk Grove.
