Namaste Kitchen In Petaluma Hosting Two Days Of Fundraisers For Nepal Quake Victims
Lunches will be free on Saturday and Sunday, and donations will be accepted for the victims' fund.

Namaste Kitchen in Petaluma, a family-run Nepali and Indian restaurant, is organizing a fundraiser this weekend for the victims of the Nela earthquake.
“The devastating 7.8-Richter earthquake that struck Nepal on 25th of April, 2015 has demolished and destructed most of the cities and villages,” said Adil Gauchan, general manager. “In this dire situation, we couldn’t only be spectators, and therefore are organizing a fundraising event to provide support and relief for the earthquake victims.”
The event will be Saturday and Sunday -- May 2-3 -- at the restaurant with free lunches, both days, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Gauchan said. Donations will be accepted for relief efforts.
