The Oaks Post-Acute, a skilled nursing facility and 5-star rated facility here in Petaluma, is looking for a dependable, organized compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their outstanding team.

Responsibilities: Provide nursing care, within their scope of practice, to their residents which include: assessing resident needs, development of individual care plans, administering nursing care, evaluation nursing care, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications:

*A current and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of California

*Current CPR certification

*Positive attitude

*New graduates are welcome to apply

Available positions: Full Time Day Shift (7:00am-3:30pm) or Full Time NOC Shift (11:00pm-7:30am)

Rate of pay: $28-$29.00 per hour for LVN (depends of experience) and $32.00 per hour for RN

*$1.00 extra per hour offered for NOC shift differential

Successful applicants will also be eligible for a $1,000.00 bonus after completion of 6 months of continuous service.
