PEF’s 2017 BASH Celebrating the Milestone of $6 Million in Support for Our Schools!

Longtime Local Non Profit Invites the Community to Celebrate the $6 Million Milestone of Giving to Local Schools

PEF’s 2017 BASH
Celebrating the Milestone of $6 Million in Support for our Schools!

This year’s 2017 PEF BASH, supporting the mission of the Petaluma Educational Foundation (PEF), guarantees to be another legendary night of dancing, dining and auctions benefiting all 38 K-12 public, not-for-profit and charter schools in the Petaluma area.

On September 9th, guests will be in awe as they enter the creatively transformed venue of the Petaluma Veteran’s Memorial Building to raise funds as a community benefiting the mission of the longtime local non-profit working to enrich and enhance the academic experience of each and every one of our 13,000 students.

PEF’s $6 Million BASH is sure to be memorable! Starting with signature cocktails, a super-silent auction and Wine Wall raffle, the night continues with a live auction offering an opportunity to bid on the most sought after packages featuring once-in-a-lifetime experiences, to all-time favorite culinary and excursion auction lots, takes place during the elegant sit-down dinner portion of the evening. All this leads to the gala’s highlight when the essence of the night’s message about financially supporting the effort to elevate the educational opportunities for every student leads to the 450+ guests collectively raising their paddles pledging support to all Petaluma students, who benefit from PEF’s Impact Grant program. One hundred percent (100%) of the pledges during the Fund the Future paddle raise go to support the foundation’s annual grant program which this year exceeded the milestone mark of $3 million in support since the program started in 1982! This, combined with the total PEF Scholarship awards, amounts to OVER $6 million in giving through the mission of PEF since its inception.

Live music by the Bay Area’s own Pride & Joy will add to the night’s electric ambiance. All-inclusive tickets ($150.00 pp until August 10, $175.00 pp starting August 11) are available today by contacting the PEF Office at (707) 778-5063 or visiting the event website at https://petaluma.ejoinme.org/bash17. PEF’s Online BASH Auction kicks off August 17 – August 31 at https://biddingforgood.com/pef... providing everyone the opportunity, near and far, to bid in support of local education in advance of the benefit gala.
