Petaluma Boy, 9, Reported Missing By Father: Sheriff's Office
BREAKING: Santiago Barros may be with his mother, Autumn Stone, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office says.
PETALUMA, CA — The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 9-year-old boy reported missing by his father, and is seeking the public's help in locating the child. Santiago Barros was last seen at 9:30 p.m. Monday at his home in the 400 block of Marty Lane in unincorporated west Petaluma, according to Sonoma County sheriff's Sgt. Juan Valenica.

At 7 a.m. Tuesday, Santiago was discovered missing by his father, Valencia said.

"Barros may be in his mother's care, Autumn Stone," Valenica said. "Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office is seeking contact with both Stone and her son Barros."
As of noon Tuesday, Santiago was still missing and the Sonoma County Search-and-Rescue team was responding to search for the child, Valencia said.

Santiago is 4 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 70 pounds and has long blond hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue-and-green pajamas — the same pajamas he is shown wearing in the above photo provided by the sheriff's office.
Anyone who has information about Stone or Santiago's whereabouts — or has seen them — is asked to call the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center at 707-565-2121 or dial 911.
