Petaluma Downtown Thanks 'City of Lights' Participants!

A Special Thank You To All City of Lights Participants!
And Here Are This Years Winners...

Once again the winners of the Home Decorating Contests sponsored by the Petaluma Visitors Center went all out in the creativity and sheer quantity of decorations and lights in their holiday displays. Judging is fun, but not necessarily easy, as all the contestants homes are so delightfully decorated.

Clairmont Court was a festive neighborhood in Petaluma this year! First place winner in the Home Decorating Contest is the Tidwell Family at 1725 Clairmont Court (#6 on the map). Second place winner is the Mandler Family at 1925 Clairmont Court (#7 on the map).

The participants of the City of Lights Business Decorating Contest showed their holiday spirit with exceptional creativity and originality in their displays. Petaluma shined bright for holiday season!

In this annual contest which is sponsored by the Petaluma Visitors Program, businesses compete for bragging rights in three categories: outdoor decorations, lobby, and window decorations.

The winner in the “Outdoor Decorations” category is Serendipity - A Chiropractic Wellness Center at 1197 E. Washington St. with classic lighting and décor which highlights the buildings traditional architecture.

The winners in the “Window Decorations” category are; First Place: Marisa’s Fantasia at 29 Petaluma Blvd. North; Second Place: iLeoni at 120 Kentucky Street; Third Place: Gallery One, 209 Western Avenue.

In the “Lobby Decorations” category the winners are; First Place: Quality Inn at 5100 Montero Way; Second Place: Acorn Chiropractic Club at 151 2nd Street (theme: “Frozen”); Third Place - tie: Summit State Bank at 100 Petaluma Blvd. South, #A and Sequoia Senior Solutions at 1372 N. McDowell Blvd., Suite S.

The Petaluma Visitors Programs thanks all the entrants for their participation and for sharing their lovely displays with the public.
