Petaluma Duo Arrested, Accused Of CVS Hold-Up
The armed robbery was at the pharmacy on North McDowell Boulevard.

Police on Wednesday arrested two suspects in connection with an armed robbery at a CVS pharmacy in Petaluma. A 17-year-old Petaluma resident and Antonio Reinstadler, 18, of Petaluma, were arrested on suspicion of armed robbery, police said.
Officers responded at 12:44 p.m. to the CVS Pharmacy at 291 North McDowell Blvd. in response to a report of an armed robbery.
The victim told police a masked suspect displayed a gun, jumped a counter inside the business and took several bottles of prescription medication with codeine. Another employee followed the suspect as he left the business until the suspect again pulled the gun, police said.

A citizen in the area saw the suspect get into a vehicle driven by another man and called police to report the car and license plate, police said. Responding officers located the vehicle and took the juvenile, identified as the robber, and Reinstadler, identified as the driver into custody, police said. Police said Renstadler was Tased after initially refusing to comply with commands during the apprehension.
Investigators located a .22 caliber revolver a black mask and the stolen property in the vehicle, police said. Police said the two suspects admitted to committing the robbery.
