Petaluma Man Accused Of Threatening Neighbor With Samurai Swords
The 37-year-old probationer was taken to jail after he was also found with a laptop reported stolen from Marin County, police said.

PETALUMA, CA — A Petaluma man on probation was booked into Sonoma County jail Tuesday night when he threatened a neighbor with swords, the Petaluma Police Department said. Police said they received a call at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday from a resident in the 1800 block of Petaluma Boulevard North who said their neighbor — identified as 37-year-old Justin E. Link — was threatening them with two samurai swords.
An officer soon arrived and convinced Link to drop the swords, then took him into custody, police said.
"After completing an investigation, it was determined that no one was threatened by Suspect Link," police said.
