Petaluma PD Seeking Man Accused Of Repeatedly Touching Girl, 15
The suspect, described as a white man with a small build and walking a dog, kept touching the girl's arm along Crinella Drive and Albin Way.

Police are looking for a man who repeatedly touched a 15-year-old girl’s arm Monday in Petaluma even when she kept pulling her arm away, police said.
The girl was walking near Crinella Drive and Albin Way at about 2:50 p.m. when the man approached her and struck up a conversation. During the conversation, the man repeatedly tried to touch the girl’s arm, according to police. A female motorist pulled up next to the two people while they were conversing and the man then walked away.
Police are trying to locate the motorist to obtain a statement from her. Police described the man as white, 60 to 70 years old, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140 to 150 pounds, with blue eyes, thick white hair and a white beard.

He was seen wearing a blue long-sleeved button-down shirt, light-colored blue jeans and white shoes and he was walking light-brown-colored terrier dog.
