Petaluma Police Search For Man Accused Of Stealing Power Tools
A man reportedly stole $800 worth of power towels from a hardware store in Petaluma.
PETALUMA, CA — Police on Saturday were searching for a man who is suspected to have stolen $800 worth of power tools from a hardware store on Thursday.
Around 5:45 p.m., an unknown suspect entered Friedman's Home Improvement and grabbed multiple power tools before exiting the store without paying, according to the Petaluma Police Department.
Police described the man as possibly in his 40s, Hispanic and with a large build, police said. He left as a passenger in a black Acura sedan, police said.
