Cynthia Ermshar & Mike Harris to perform in A.R. Gurney's Pulitzer Prize nominated drama Love Letters at the Wells Fargo Center

The North Bay Stage Company has invited Petaluma residents Cynthia Ermshar and Mike Harris to perform in A.R. Gurney’s Pulitzer Prize nominated drama ”Love Letters” on Saturday February 20th at 8:00pm at the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.

Birthday party thank-you notes and summer-camp postcards blossom into a poignant 50-year friendship in A.R. Gurney’s drama. After a brief romance as teenagers, Andrew and Melissa go their separate ways yet continue to write each other as one goes on to become a U.S. senator and the other struggles to pursue her dream of being an artist.

Now North Bay Stage Company presents this unique piece of theater that, in Gurney’s words, “needs no theatre, no lengthy rehearsal, no special set, no memorization of lines, and no commitment from its two actors beyond the night of performance.”
