Petaluma’s New Café Nears Opening But Still Under Wraps

The owners behind two downtown Stellina spots are preparing a third location at Lakeville Square.

PETALUMA, CA — A new Stellina bakery and café planned for Lakeville Square remains under wraps after months of waiting.

The owners are remodeling the 1,503-square-foot commercial space for the business at 2620 Lakeville Highway.

The newest addition to the area now has a name: Stellina Cucina.

The Lakeville Square location marks the latest expansion for Christian Caiazzo and Katrina Fried, who opened Stellina Pronto on Kentucky Street and the nearby Stellina Alimentari on Petaluma Boulevard North.

For now, however, staff said no date has been set for Stellina Cucina's opening.
