Petaluma Storm: Updates on Flooding Areas

Several areas are considered hazardous and should be avoided by residents.

From the Petaluma Police Department:

The Petaluma Police Department is advising that there are multiple road/intersection closures and traffic delays and hazards due to severe weather and localized flooding. Drivers are advised to use caution and avoid areas of high water. Don’t drive unless you must and use extreme caution.

The following areas are considered hazardous and may be closed or unpassable due to flooding and traffic barricades:

Lakeville Hwy at Caulfield Ln.

Garfield Street and Appalossa Creek Area

Northbound lanes of Lakeville Hwy between Caulfield Ln. and Lindberg Ln are closed

Lakeville Hwy between D Street and Caulfield Lane

Dana Street at Webster Street

Payran Street closed between Jefferson and Caulfield Ln.

Cherry Street and Antone flooded behind Galinda Ct.
