Please support Empathy Connection as they help our seniors in Petaluma and the surrounding area

The seniors in our community need headphones for this program to help bring back their memories

Empathy Connection is a group of local senior care professionals working to connect our youth with elders through music, coaching, conversation, and kindness. They have personally observed this amazing process in Healdsburg and Windsor and are moved and excited to create similar programs in Petaluma and other areas of Sonoma County.

They are looking for funding assistance to make this happen. They are looking for assistance from those who see the value of inspiring empathy, generosity, and self-reflection for our young participants and pleasure, connection, and memories for our elders.

They are in need of financial assistance to cover the cost of headphones and splitters. They presented to the Casa Grande High School freshman the opportunity for this service project and 17 have volunteered to help uncover music mysteries from the elders at the Oaks Nursing Home.

Empathy Connection is actively fundraising so this project can happen this semester. The students are ready and now they just need donations to go towards the headphones specially designed for our elders.

This is a request for financial donation to cover the cost of the Headphones @ $35 X 34.

They have 17 students and each will have an elder so that is why 34 are needed.

They will also need adult volunteers to attend the sessions.
