Police Activity Closes Petaluma Roadway

Just after 6 p.m. Thursday, Petaluma police asked residents to avoid an area west of U.S. Highway 101.

PETALUMA, CA — The Petaluma Police Department asked community members to avoid the area of Lakeville Street and East Court Thursday night because of law enforcement activity.

As of 6:07 p.m. Thursday, northbound Lakeville Street was closed at Lindberg Lane "until further notice," Petaluma police said via Nixle.

Lakeville was reopened to through traffic just before 8 p.m.
