SAN FRANCISCO -- Want to tool around in the Ghostbusters' Ecto-1?
Today and Saturday in San Francisco, you'll get the opportunity to not only ride in the iconic station wagon, but do it for FREE, thanks to a "ghost mode" promotion from mobile ride-sharing service Lyft. It's part of the run-up to the lady-led Ghostbusters movie reboot, due out July 15.
"Tap to request in Ghost Mode for a free, tricked-out ride to another dimension," Lyft says. "Oh, you won’t just get a sweet ride: There’ll be Hi-C Ecto Cooler and Ghostbusters-themed Twinkies along for the ride — because you’ll need a snack after all that ghostbusting."
