Structure Fire In Petaluma Prompts Road Closure
The fire was burning in a residential area just east of U.S. Highway 101 in Petaluma.
PETALUMA, CA — A structure fire Monday night in Petaluma prompted police to close part of Lindberg Lane.
The fire was reported around 8:20 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of Lindberg Lane in a residential area just east of U.S. Highway 101.
Around 8:45 p.m., police advised the public to avoid Lindberg Lane between South McDowell Boulevard and St. Francis Drive.

"The roadway is closed in the vicinity until further notice," police said. "There are no evacuation orders at this time."
Firefighters remained on scene as of 10 p.m. Monday.
